So where is the outrage from all of the people who claim they love Jesus? Outrage should be coming from all over the United States not just New Hampshire. They would not dare have a book that demonized mohammed because they know that the backlash would be severe. I am not saying that we need to start blowing people up but we do need to start showing our outrage.

I see America falling off of her Christian foundation, turning her back on God. Pretty obvious so far huh! I read in my Bible that when The Israelites turned their backs on God that his anger burned against them. I also read that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday today and forever and since Jesus said that he and the Father are one then God has not changed either. So if Gods' anger burned against his chosen people then where do you think we stand?  I also see the churches for the most part going through the same old religious rituals that it has been doing for hundreds of years and having very little if any effect on the world around us. I read in the Gospels and see that most of the time when Jesus blasted someone it was the church people and if Jesus were to walk the earth again in bodily form I believe it would be the same today!  I really believe that these are desperate times and America is on the brink of suffering the wrath of God, indeed I believe it has already starte

What Do We Do?  Not only do I see America falling off of her foundation but I also see the Church falling off of her foundation, which is why America is falling. Therefore the first thing I see that we need to do is get the church right. I see the church over the years departing from Holiness and Righteousness and now using grace as a license to sin (Jude 4 NIV). So first of all the church needs to start living right!  I see most Christians too busy to pray, to read their Bible, to work in the church, to work outside the church ministering to those around them or to take a stand for right and against wrong in America and the world.  We need to read the Bible and believe it and quit finding excuses to explain why certain passages don't apply to us! Verses from the Bible must be taken in context, in the context from Genesis to Revelation!  We need to fall on our knees and pray. We need to pray for God to reveal His truth to us, I see people who call themselves Christian but ar

In this world we have muslims lining up to blow themselves up for their god. So why is it that Christians, who are supposed to be representing the one true God, won't even get involved in the politics of America to stop the onslaught of evil that has been destroying our country for about 100 years now? Or won't stop going through their religious rituals and get serious about praying and seeking God. You can't even distinguish most of those who call themselves Christian from the world because they look, act, talk and live like the rest of the world. I go to "church" (or what I call Christian Religious Organizations or CRO) and I hear people who are more interested in talking about football than God. I am just wondering, where are the real Christians?

Think about it, if you look at all of the problems in America today every one of them goes back to us not doing things God's way. America was founded on Christian beliefs and principles (if you don't believe me check out Wallbuilders.com they have the proof). However there are those in America who want Christianity banished from America and have been doing a very good job of accomplishing that goal over the last century. They pushed it out of the public schools and are now pushing it from any public view or hearing. Now think about this, who is responsible? The bottom line is we who call ourselves Christian must look in the mirror to find the guilty party. We have not done our job defending the freedom and rights that we were given by our founding fathers and I fear that if we don't reverse this trend soon it will be too late. Seems to me that most Christians have it "backwards" these days. Too many Christians act as if God is their servant instead of them being God's servant. There are too many prayers asking God to do this and do that (i.e. God bless my finances, enlarge my territory....) instead of saying here am I, YOUR will be done. God forgive US (i.e. me included).

We've all met people who are passionate about something and that's all they want to talk about because that's all they think about. Like a man who is passionate about a football team or a woman who loves quilting. Jesus said out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. The man speaks about football and the woman speaks about quilting because that is what is on their heart. The man spends time reading about and researching his football team and the woman her quilting because that is their passion, their desire, that is what is on their heart. So, if God were truly first in our lives would we not have that kind of passion for Him? Would we not want to talk about Him? Would we not want to read about Him? Would we not want to read what He has written in the Bible? Would He not be the first thing on our lips, our minds... our hearts? So what is overflowing out of your heart?

God is speaking. Are you listening? Are you listening to God or Man? Are you hearing God or yourself? If what you are hearing doesn't line up with the WHOLE Bible then IT IS NOT GOD! Do you know the whole Bible? Or do you just know Bible stories? Or do you only know the scriptures that promise you wealth, safety, peace, etc. If you don't know the whole Bible you don't know God!

The bad news: you are on a sinking ship! The good news: the ship can be saved. BUT: first of all you must realize that you are on a sinking ship and then you must pitch in to help save the ship or we all go down together.

I was just thinking today about how Christians and conservatives in America have been silent too long. We have let too many wrongs slide by. We might complain about them to friends and family but have not been vocal enough in the political process. We have let the environmental extremists do things like stop us from drilling and using our own oil and instead forcing us to pay higher prices and send the money to people who in turn use the money to attack us. Christians have allowed the secular courts to silence us more and more even though there is documentation showing that the founding fathers were much more vocal Christians than my generation ever thought about being. They sold us a lie called separation of church and state. How this country ever fell for that one I'll never figure out because it is too easily disputed. I was visiting my mom and dad this past weekend for my father's 93rd birthday! My mom will be 91 on April 1. My mom and dad are good Christian people who raised me in a good Christian atmosphere. My mom especially has been a strong Christian example all of my life.She was always adamant about going to church, praying, saying the blessing before a meal and living a Christ like life. At one point in conversation this past weekend mom said that there are two things that she doesn't discuss with people - religion and politics. To which I said (with ALL due respect because I am STILL afraid of my mother)"therein lies the problem! Christians have abdicated the politics to the secularists who have driven this country to the brink of hell". If Christians don't get back into the political arena the secularists will keep pushing towards hell and that is exactly what we will get is hell.
